• Leader of Alarm Management and Process Variability Global Team working especially on evaluating the worst control loops and tuning them regarding process variability and displaying the current situation from each plant regarding alarms worldwide working along with each plant in order to reduce those numbers.
• Development of mobile applications for different teams at ADM focusing on improving the current system, time efficiency and digitization.

• Leader of LATAM Best Practice Team.
• Leader of Alarm Management and Process Variability Global Team working especially in evaluating the process and machine performance to manage the numbers of process alarms in the areas down to a reasonable amount for the operators.
• Creation of a global dashboard from alarms where we can cross data from multiple sites around the world in Power BI.
• Productivity enhancement and performance excellence using advanced process control and statistical analysis. Use of JMP software for statistical analysis, PI AF for structure the data and PI Vision for operation’s dashboard.

• Development of new mobile solutions to be used in the process for higher efficiency and faster data access

Finite Element Methods simulations for new spark plugs development simulating its performance and physical conditions and for defective ones in order to troubleshoot performance issues reported by buyers.
