Designed and developed data intensive interfaces between Amdocs Optima and CRM utilizing JEE, JMS, JPA, and MDB. The interface throughput 1000 messages/minute to create many efficiencies and resolve ongoing maintenance/support issues from years of backlogs. Led a team of 4 developers while also contributing hands-on.

Designed, developed, and implemented application to manipulate flat files for detailed call records for Optiva, a native cloud platform for telecom and monetization solutions. Lead a team of 4 developers, worked as a hands-on contributor, and acted as a consultant gathering and defining customers requirements.

Designed, developed, and implemented standard data models and developed services to integrate data with Oracle SOA suite. Part of a larger project to make data models readily available and standardize data structures across the platform. Utilized canonical model, event driven architecture, messages bus, and advanced message storage.
