Works with software development teams, product owners, and leadership. He teaches, coaches, and mentors people on Agile/Scrum best practices, delivering results frequently and utilizing feedback from users.

• Explaining what’s the value behind agile/lean practices, and teach how to use them.
• For the last 6 months playing the role of the Release Train Engineer, running PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt workshop.

Worked with leadership to identify areas to improve and knowledge gaps within the units and teams, looking for the biggest leverage. Designed and executed appropriate workshops and pieces of training.

Worked as a regular Scrum Master for two development teams utilizing the SAFe framework. Ran recurring retrospectives, facilitating planning and sprint review.

• Conducted workshops according to the needs, working on the Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, practicing splitting stories, etc.
