Main activities: Construction of Fulfillment processes (purchase, production and distribution) and IO – Inventory Optimization (Inventory Optimization) with the client. Creation of Functional and Technical documents based on business requirements, creation and updating of DataMapping, as well as meetings with Key Users to explain all DataMapping information, training of Key Users showing the possibilities of using the system (best practices) for they make the best decisions for deployment, creating the UAT and SIT plan in DEV / QA environments, validating/executing the UAT steps directly in the system together with the Key Users to find possibilities for improvement, building all the logic in the DEV environment (parameters), relationship building / interfaces between systems. Daily meetings with management and Key Users to define the best way to implement and present some features of the system, showing tables, meanings of each column and answering all questions about how the system works. Validation of packages (files) sent by the client by interface. Creation of scripts in the database (SQL) to meet the customer’s request, weekly presentation of the status of each activity (pending, blocks, resolved, etc.), as well as meetings to demonstrate the system’s usability showing the management level the tool concept and at the Key User level, the concept at the technical level. Working in partnership with 2 architects in Spain from Vector to divide activities, align some processes, create/update project documents and open a case to support solving some systemic ‘bugs’.

Main activities: Support to JDA for the modules: SCPO (Supply Chain Planning and Optimization), DM (Demand Planning) and IO (Inventory Optimization) . For the three modules, I need start the troubleshooting of incidents opened by business users and provide the solutions(definitive or workaround), following ITIL Methodologies(Incident => Problem Investigation => Change) maintain the environments(DEV, QA and PROD) always available, create procedures using the PL/SQL, shell scripts, new interfaces(when necessary) . Provide the best practices of system utilization and training users. When we need change any data in the system, is necessary create/update the Functional Specifications and replicate for the others team members(México and India – I’m alone in Brazil). Create/update queries in the database to provide reports for the business users. Check system log when we have any problem and work to improve the system. Provide user access into the system and the correct role according with the job description/position for all LATAM users. Implanting improvements, develop new logics for different tables of application using Unix or JAVA languages, scheduling job in Windows Task Manager, creating technical documentations, working together with the infrastructure team when we have any issue related with server and database. Meeting with business users, managers, leaders and for the actual Project(PepsiCo client). Working in Minor Enhancements, projects and I’m focal point of JDA for Brazil to all TCS and PepsiCo’s client.

Main activities: Support to global systems JDA (ESP Module), JDE (E1) Oracle Enterprise One, E2Open (Suppliers Portal), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and WIMS (Warehouse Inventory Information System) Supporting users Brazil and LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Venezuela).
Supporting and Troubleshooting in our environments (DEV/QA/PROD), working on enhancements in the system to improve some Business Process. Creating trainings for the users to the best system utilization and to shield any type of impact that may affect the production / sale / results of the company. Creating the Functional Specifications for requirements for system or process improvements, requiring meetings with business areas for discussions and alignment. Creations of queries in the database (SQL), Shell Script and sending to the JDA’s Global Team.
Any change in systems requires an alignment with the Global team (the United States and Great Britain, the current headquarters), which are the systems encoders for presenting the needs of the business area in order to guarantee the understanding of the requirement, possibilities Budget, and deadline for development / deployment. As part of the process, any need for improvement or development of a new functionality needs a business requirement and a technical requirement to analyze the viability of that demand for future change in the Productive environment, so we have test environments to obtain the results Expected and business approvals, it is necessary to create / update all technical specifications, follow the entire life cycle (deadlines, documentation, development, resources, deployment and training) and all processes are based on ITIL as: Openness Of incidents, CRQ (Changes), PCR, PBI and PKE, in accordingly with PMI.

Main activities: Support for AmBev(American Beverage) systems: JDA/TMS(Transportation Management System), i2 Demand Manager, ABPP(Agile Business Process Platform) SAP(MM and SD Modules), EDI, WMS(Warehouse Management System), IBM Message Broker(WMB), MES(Manufacturing Execution System) e Coleta Automática(Historian-GE, RSLinx e RSLogics). Maintenance and documentation of systems of my responsibility, filling of PDCA, daily routines, creation / development of query in the database, creation of known call procedures and processes of the TMS (JDA) systems / MES for dissemination to the rest of the team, opening / executing changes to changes in the
environment Productive (previous realization in the testing environment, documenting and obtaining approval / homologation of the user), call handling through SLA and staff meeting. Main activities: Responsible for the projects Sicobe, Plant Expansion and Automation 2.0 of the AmBev client in the infrastructure part (cabling, server, switch, rack, ASA) and systems (license and operating system) using ITIL, PMI and Cobit methodologies. Coordinate / monitor the entire flow of the project (RFC, technical announcement, schedule, impact analysis, costs x benefits, resource allocation). In these projects, I was responsible for 10 companies and 52 people throughout Brazil, as well as coordinating all the processes of the partner companies involved such as Accenture, CPM Braxis, BT (British Telecom), Aquarius Software, IBM, DELL, Compusoftware, Unisys, Maxmes, Deplacer and AmBev for delivery within the agreed timeframe without the slightest noise for the operation. Weekly meetings with the Management / Board of AmBev to present the progress of the projects, create and archive the documentation, update the contacts of all involved, previous communication in case of change of date, technical visits for monitoring in and outside the state of São Paulo, training for users and being the focal point of all partners during the project for decision making.
