Designed and implemented solutions for Wiise, an ERP system built on top of Dynamics 365 Business Central. Handled data migration and Wiise configuration. Provided continuous and active suggestions on how to better incorporate the business process in the system’s functionality. Also responsible for providing Level 1 application support/troubleshooting and creating knowledge articles.

Conducting functional testing during sprints, UAT and regression testing of changes on Wiise (a Dynamics 365 BC ERP) custom reports and functionalities, such as Payroll integration and Landed Cost. Validated reported bugs and backlog items to determine workaround or fixes. Defined user stories and technical specifications of new features and enhancements. Administered provisioning tenants, users and generating client license file.

Participated in the Financial Information System (FIS) projects through the implementation of Dynamics NAV 2016 to OMLF subsidiaries. Conducted training to Application Support personnel on Dynamics NAV 2016 system walkthrough, including customized functionalities implemented to one of its subsidiaries. Acted as 2nd Level support in the investigation of NAV issues.
