TruMed Project:
** Built and developed E2E test automation architecture for three main projects; two desktop applications (with hardware simulation) and a web application, using quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
** Architecture based on Smartbear’s TestComplete IDE, which used BDD (Gherkin syntax) and JavaScript, with code hosted on GitHub.
** Participation in Scrum ceremonies, with all artifacts integrated into Jira and TestRail.
** Bug and test run reporting, which led to recommendations for product enhancement and improved efficiency.
** Developed Test Plans and Test Cases for functional and non-functional requirements, leading full system testing with overall functionality.
** Environment configuration at Amazon WorkSpaces for conducting the tests.
** Functional (Manual) Testing

As a Quality Assurance Team Manager, he had to lead a team of 8 people, did some QA mentoring, and also created the first automation strategy for a legacy source code (VB6) using TestComplete.
** Alignment of the QA strategy with the company’s strategic planning (QA OKRs).
** Drove the automation strategy, which led to the acquisition of TestComplete solution. Executed the initial setup and guided the QA team on the test automation journey using TestComplete (JavaScript).
** Definition of software testing and development processes (BPM modeling tools).
