Managed requirements, scope, budget, product development and architecture of Android based real time video chat mobile application and REST based backend API services.

Collaborated in assessment, planning, and creating a roadmap for on-premises application migration to AWS Cloud, led Proof of Concept for on-prem application to be migrated to AWS Cloud, led and delivered common Data Lake in Cloud for consumption by multiple international teams while ensuring complying with legal, privacy, and data governance laws, and led architecture of Identity & Access Management solution for cloud applications and leading Proof of Concept to validate the approach.

Developed channel architecture to replace outdated Cash Management Online System with state of the art solution built on Infosys’ Finacle (e-banking, m-banking, payments hub, Assist Edge, EVAuth, Alert Hub) platform that provides mobile capability, biometrics as step up authentication, self-serve functionality, near real-time reporting, and Omni channel experience to Commercial customers for day to day cash management, payment processing, enabling Bank of the West to become leader among competitors and generate more revenue. In customer facing role, worked hand in hand with business to understand needs, helped create realistic requirements (functional and non-functional) and aligned to enterprise vision.
