Responsible for managing the UX, CX, and CS teams worldwide (Germany, USA, Brazil, Canada, Italy, and Croatia), as well as hiring new collaborators. Adopted the 360° communication model, which ensured the integration of the company as a single team. Thanks to the excellent study carried out to understand the target audience, combined with productivity management, they reached about 143,000 new members in the first month of launch, and 2 million people in the first year of the project.

Responsible for UX research, system usability improvement, and training material for employees’ qualifications including the organization and conducting workshops, which resulted in a significant decrease in the system’s vulnerability and reduction of calls to IT support.
