Worked as an analyst deploying and configuring MS Dynamics NAV and BC solutions. Responsible for gathering/translating requirements, configuring solutions, assisting testing and transitioning to live environments. Also responsible for setting standard practices, and training customer project team on Microsoft Navision solution.

Responsible for educating clients on proper software configuration, data entry, reporting, project management, billing, inventory, and accounting techniques to fully leverage construction cloud ERP solution capabilities.
