Worked with team of developers to design, develop, and implement a BI solution dashboard with multiple panels and parameters. Developed Tableau workbooks from multiple data sources using Data Blending. Developed Tableau visualizations and dashboards using Tableau Desktop. Implemented Tableau mobile dashboards via Tableau mobile application. Led a team of 6 that re-connected the SEMOSS tool to AppDynamics, an application monitoring tool used within CBP, to run a daily pull of application architecture data to increase the accuracy of the application rationalization analysis. Provided 24/7-production support for Tableau users. Created several new dashboards to visualize interfaces between applications and backends and demoing them in front of clients, including CBP Executive Directors and Accounting Centers. Created a Migration Complexity Analysis Dashboard to determine systems ability to be moved to the cloud, while giving recommendations on lift and shift capabilities or re-factorization necessities. The process was automated in order to update users on potential new changes. Developed automated process for assigning scores to technical alignment and business value for each application to provide real-time updates whenever data was modified.
