Responsible for projects at Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Johnson & Johnson – Florida/USA
Main responsibilities:
– Create and maintain all documentation for the projects with Confluence;
– Documenting business and functional requirements;
– Drawing process flows (on Visio/Bizagi);
– Conduct meetings and interviews with business users and stakeholders;
– Mapping and prioritize business requirements along with the Technical and Business Hacking Teams;
– Elaborate and send surveys to gather insights overview from the users;
– Organize Kanban boards on Jira;
– Write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin) on Jira, based on business requirements;
– Discovery processes on Data Platforms (CDP and MDM) and Business Intelligence tools from third party vendors;
– Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies
Responsible for the design, creation and implementation of new systems projects at Sao Paulo Court of Justice, such as: Payroll, Career Entry Selection, Career Appointment, Career Promotion and Assignment, Vacation Tracker, City Relocation App (Android and iOS), etc.
Main responsibilities:
– Interface with stakeholders, such as judges, directors, coordinators, managers, and senior leaders to collect business and technical requirements;
– Focal point between stakeholders, development teams, and suppliers;
– Break down high-level features into digestible user-centric work items that can be delivered in short iterations;
– Prioritize the product backlog, balancing value with time criticality, opportunity enablement, and risk reduction;
– Align product backlog to stakeholder’s goals and value, refining and prioritizing user stories for the team;
– Own release planning for features and create release notes for all the involved areas/departments;
– Resources monitoring and management;
– Assist and support the development through all the project phases, since planning to delivery;
– Support testing and homologation stages with all involved areas;
– Responsible for running systems training with our final users;
– New features and system improvements presentations;
– Responsible for reviewing training materials;
– Support and Training teams supervision;
– Response to change processes in services, maximizing value and reducing incidents, disruptions and
rework in the new systems delivered;
– Lead change management from Waterfall methodology to Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
– Ensure that changes are recorded, evaluated, planned, tested and implemented;
– Response to stakeholders requests for changes that would align the services with the business
needs
