Her specialty is coaching teams to live by Agile values to ensure quality product deliverable and customer satisfaction. Well-versed using various project management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence, Excel, Trelo and Visio. Patricia has successfully worked on a variety of projects including SDLC, migration, ITSM, and UX/UI within the insurance, retail, and infotech domains.
