Improved the Credit Card Payments module by enhancing the system making it PCI-DSS compliant and completely changing the 3rd party payment partner to a new and updated one.

Developed web and mobile applications like Unicredito (Mobile app that saves sociological and economic status information to decide if the client has the possibility to have a bank credit.), Punto Union, (a Mobile app for making day-by-day transactions easy for people) and UniMovil and UniNet (UniNet is the core e-Banking mobile app which people can make many payments. This app has 1M downloads already)

• Reduced from 2 months to 2 weeks the time taken by developing a Mobile application.
• Reduced to 90% the time taken for other devs in database efforts by designing a fully generic engine schema in a database for data information CRUD operations and complex calculations using PL/SQL functions and stored procedures.
• Reduced from 1 USD (in the bank) to 0.2 USD the price per transaction by developing a mobile app, using Web API and WCF services integration with 3rd party vendors.
• Reduced the operation time from 1.5 hours (in the office) to 5 minutes (in mobile and web application transactions) for clients using the UniNet.
• Generic structure with stored procedures to save, retrieve, update and delete any kind of data.

Follow-up of vacations for employees, paid time off, and leaves. Decreased the operation time consumed by the HR department to 0 by implementing an algorithm as a stored procedure, to re-assign the vacation days to all of the employees based on their seniority in the enterprise and their entry date.
