Responsible for production support of SAP ECC6 utilizing ServiceNow for incident tracking, extensive support of IDOC interfaces, designed and developed FI-AP Commissions interface with a 3rd party application, worked directly with client to convert business processes into technical specifications, developed and maintained Master Data maintenance utilities, and created and maintained functional and technical documentation.

Implemented single client methodology (consolidation of multiple global SAP installations into single client environment), extensive technical support of MM, SD, FI-CO, and TM modules, new development and technical documentation and test scripts, created and schedule background jobs, spool monitoring and administration, batch monitoring and processing, production support, enhancements, modifications, troubleshooting and bug fixes, and performance turning, and worked with business team to gather, refine, and confirm business requirements.

As a member of SAP application support team was responsible for release change from 4.6 to ECC6, designed, developed, and supported event-driven processes, supported 3rd party e-commerce solutions via RFC and web services, extensive development and support of BI extractors and Start and End routines in Transformations, implemented and supported PM Mobile utilizing GuiXT to customize SAP standard screens and transactions, integrated Informatica for data extraction, and researched and implemented SAP OSS notes.
