Created a model to analyse the seasonality of the company transactions related to vehicle debts. Raising some hypothesis
some tests were made and discovered where the seasonality was linked to, causing a change in the entire strategy of the company.

• Responsable for the data enviroment for the Growth team. Changing to a fully data-driven environment using experimentation
strategy (A/B test). It supported by forty percent of increasement in monthly transactions in 5 months
• Customer segmentation models, resulting in improvement and growth in marketing, CRM, and CX
• Created a predictive model using time series and CBCV to predict company revenue for investors
• Created a lead-scoring model for the call center team causing a 27% drop in the team’s CPA
