Led and contributed hands on to the integration of Bayer and Monsanto sales incentives structure, data, calculations and compliance structures. Responsible for developing databases and ETL processes. Worked closely with the business team processing and generating reports of loaded vs approved data.

Led the design, development, and implementation of a new, verifiable, location oriented database to track Brazillian species in reservation areas. Researched biology concepts to structure the database, integrated with legacy and 3rd party data sources, and created a new process with this solution for academic species evaluation that achieved 98% accuracy identifying species.

Designing and developing complex financial reports with advanced dashboards and visualizations. Responsible for gathering data/implementing an ETL system, integrating and creating new KPI calculations, and automating data reports. The insights gained from these reports even caused the client to restructure their team.
