As a Programmer Analyst Kent provides systems support company wide and within departments in alignment with company goals;

• Coordinates, integrates, tests, and implements modules and computer system interfaces.
• Develops codes and algorithms for computer systems, including an interface between ERP applications and debugging programs.
• Develops new applications from start to finish and designs code and debug applications in various software languages to ensure various computer systems run at optimum capacity
• Develops and records documentation of program code, applications, instructions, and expected results
• Writes and maintains computer systems and ERP programming documentation;
• Discusses with users to gain an understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing systems
• Assists in the implementation of computer systems and ERP applications and provide training to department staff members

Gathered requirements and specifications from various clients to compose web-based product deliverables.

• Responsible for server administration, including webmail services and back-end interfaces.
• Made use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs. Retained backups and tested in an isolated environment for validation.
• Ensured customer satisfaction and gained soft skills that were necessary for communicating technical details.

Guided students who needed instructional tutorials to supplement their academics and improve grades.

• Took a private list of students to tutor various subjects, including secondary and post-secondary levels for mathematics, chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, physics, and computer science. Instructed on writing computer code and algorithms.
• Covered various programming languages, focusing mostly on Java.
• Defined use-cases along with data architecting, entity-relationships, object modeling, and usage of design patterns.
