Consulting and creating web portals for the State of Florida’s Office of Early Learning to support their School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, and Teenage Parent programs, used statewide by families, early learning coalitions, and service providers. Created updates (bug fixes and new features) to improve the reliability of Windows OS, including low-level system components such as Win32K.sys and high-level apps such as Windows Photo Wizard.
