Consulting and creating web portals for the State of Florida’s Office of Early Learning to support their School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten, and Teenage Parent programs, used statewide by families, early learning coalitions, and service providers. Built desktop application to track info like mouse clicks and keystrokes to help secure the system from fraud.

Created updates (bug fixes and new features) to improve the reliability of Windows OS, including low-level system components such as Win32K.sys and high-level apps such as Windows Photo Wizard. Developed enhancements to the Windows kernel mini-dump facility to capture additional information in crash dumps to enable faster troubleshooting by developers and greater triaging accuracy by Microsoft’s automated crash dump analysis tools.

Developed apps to manage and interact with Windows Phone. Created UI for “MyWireless”, an app for customers to see account details such as minute usage. Built UI and middle layer components for the commercialization platform. Created UI for Windows Phone team to publish updates. Also developed apps and web portals for OEMs to submit phone/device updates.
