Responsible for end-to-end data integrations between Aledade and their partner practices. In charge of the full project life cycle from planning/contracting through to closing. My primary goal is to facilitate the completion of project work by collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors and communicating results to stakeholders.

Responsible for the successful transition of client insurance data between admin systems through configuration and data mapping. A key part of my role was leveraging internal resources and ensuring cross-collaboration with IT, Customer Service, and Finance.

Managed product availability and lead time messages displayed on the company website. Used data analysis to identify patterns and issues with specific items and vendors. Implemented Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution to automate customer orders. Developed reports and dashboards for the Operations team to maintain efficiency with minimal personnel.

● Onboarded over 50 brands onto the EDI program. ● Achieved a 70% order automation rate in under 3 years. ● Maintained a 90% EDI compliance rate by developing strong relationships with vendors. ● Recognized as an integral team member in the ability to maintain a lean staff while the company continually grew year-over-year, ultimately leading to the acquisition of the company.
