Hire JonathanFocused on the architecture of our products, business development, developer mentoring, and finally, helping the CEO/owner sell the business. During this time, he standardized the agile development practices across all teams, empowered product managers to take a more active role in the SDLC, and established a dedicated DevOps team. While tackling these organizational challenges, he progressed the development of their flagship SaaS product, delivering the first version in 2018 and seeing it rolled out to several state-wide and county-wide implementations.
Also, from Jan 2022 to Apr 2022, he successfully delivered on a lucrative greenfield project for the Texas Office of Court Administration. This project had to be built from the ground up, with very few requirements (initially), and delivered by April 1, 2022. He pulled together an “elite” team that was able to make this tight deadline.
Accomplishments:
In late 2009, AutoMon decided to transition to a SaaS-oriented software company. During the early 2010s, he led the effort to reinvent the company. He spearheaded the adoption of Agile methodologies, DevOps, Azure Cloud adoption, and Domain-Driven Design, all while building several cloud-native SaaS applications. A lot of technology emerged between 2010-2017. He kept up with and evangelized for their adoption by our company. Some examples are Agile methodologies, NuGet server (internal & external), DevOps (Octopus Deploy & Azure DevOps), SPAs (Knockout & AngularJS), GIT source control, Domain-Driven-Design, CQRS, Micro ORMs, etc.
Accomplishments:
The owners decided to bet the company on browser-based development when client-server was still predominant. Jon quickly proved himself as a strong developer and an architect who could envision and build software that lasts. In these years, he developed several systems for a variety of clients.
