Project 1: Redesign of an entire CMS, responsible for interviewing users, understanding functionalities and current flows of the system and documenting the “to-be”, creating user stories and any necessary documentation for the development of a new platform.

Project 2: In-house build framework and point of contact for development teams for understanding this framework.

Responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts and creating reports for management about the team. As a Business Analyst, responsible for understanding requests, creating the project scope, and all necessary documentation for development for different types of projects, such as mobile applications, websites, CMS, and Integrations, among others.

Worked with the design of technical solutions with the development team, such as microservices, databases, integrations, as well as creating flows and processes for the systems.

As a developer, he worked in an Agile environment, among flexible teams and different professional roles, such as Tech Leads, UX, QA, Content Managers, XR Developers and Project Managers, creating different digital solutions for clients from different markets worldwide.
