Managed and led the green field architecture, product design, release management, and automation. Collaborated with the product quality assurance and the design team to design, plan, build, test, and release features for a vacation home booking and management app.

• Implemented CI/CD pipeline using Bitrise, later migrating to Xcode cloud.
• Used expertise in SwiftUI and Combine frameworks to build and deploy codebase to App Store.

Took over the react native app and pushed fixes to both platforms. Built green field native app using SwiftUI and Combine, working with product designers to implement UI. Ensured more than 8,000 daily users were able to flawlessly utilize the app with 100k+ transactions. Led his team to project completion on-schedule.

• Manually pushed multiple builds to app store and TestFlight, later implementing a CI/CD solution with Fastlane and GitHub Actions.
