Currently the main developer of iOS native apps. Works with the company’s clients to plan, design, and implement the features they have in mind for their apps. As a developer, he tackles most of the architectural challenges, codes the fundamental app blocks, and takes full responsibility for integration and deployment tasks. His responsibilities include the supervision of junior developers’ code, evaluation of project proposals, interviewing engineers to cover positions, and taking part in software architectural plans.

He worked on the technology integration between platforms. He developed new modules for a grocery shopping app under the context of its ongoing merger (Cornershop being the acquired and Uber being the acquirer).  His main responsibilities included understanding how two APIs with non-matching sources of data could interact, preparing a list of requirements for the back end to fulfill, and then implementing those features in the front end on a tight deadline.  He was also involved with a fully-revamped internal app provided only to the drivers and shoppers. This iOS app allowed them to automate some of their delivery processes, provided them tools to schedule and plan their delivery tasks, and also provide a local backup of its activity that would be matched and uploaded permanently to cloud storage.

• Successful deployment of the Deliveries new module within the main app. Uber drivers were now enabled to deliver clients’ orders when business rules made sense logistically
• Successful release of a v2.0 internal app with power utilities for drivers and shoppers

His position was that of an iOS Developer within the company and worked with one of the largest banking institutions in Argentina, BancoMacro, as well as two large financial institutions in Argentina, TodoPago and Prisma Medios de Pago. He was the main developer in charge of improving security levels within the app, mainly integrating and creating custom Machine Learning and AI-based solutions for smart and biometric authentication.

• Led two teams tasked with the creation of Digital Wallets from scratch.
• Architected, planned, coded, and was responsible for apps that interacted with external devices (such as card readers), provided exciting user interfaces and UX, and were secure to use when providing digital payment solutions to businesses and clients.
• Developed an ML method to process IDs and identify fakes.
• Part of the technological transformation initiatives in the mobile applications area of an important baking institution in LATAM
• Successfully led two teams of mobile developers to accomplish successful projects with two important financial institutions in LATAM

Founded an IT company after graduating from college, along with 2 of his classmates. Initially implemented all of the software required for their clients but then they grew up to become a larger group of 20 developers and mostly assumed a lead architect position.  He was involved with a variety of technology stacks and achieved the MCSD, Web Applications certification provided by Microsoft. Their biggest project spanned 5 years and besides the tech knowledge, he gained insight into logistics, business operations, and operational processes.

• Spent 5 years building a GPS geolocation and monitoring platform for the largest car rental company in Mexico, with a fleet of about 20k vehicles spread throughout the country. Developed hardware systems and software systems alike.
