Quality assurance for a wide array of web, Android, and iOS applications.

Responsibilities:  Participating in client meetings, writing test cases, verifying usability, verifying designs, automating tests, and performing regressions. I evaluated the quality of products through each stage of their life cycle and worked with developers, project managers, and clients to address issues

Technologies used: Python, Jenkins, GitHub, Selenium, Appium, Bowserstack, Ghost Inspector, VMware, AVD, Jira, and Salesforce, among others.

• Managed a small QA team dividing people among projects and priorities, reviewing & helping with their work, and answering to clients, PMs, and other leaders.
• Frequently met with leaders of other areas to report progress to management & decide on policy and participated in estimations for different projects.
• Kept most of his previous duties as QA but migrated from automation with Ghost Inspector to Python and Selenium, and he trained his team while he was also learning.

Worked in as many as 6 concurrent projects attending meetings with clients and doing all QA related tasks from writing & maintaining test cases to performing functional regressions and also design regressions in several browsers and mobile devices. Testing was mostly manual but I created some simple web automations with Selenium and then Ghost Inspector.

One of my most useful skills in Mobomo from this point onwards has been being able to divide my time among concurrent projects according to their priorities and timeline.

Verified the quality of a Network Solutions’ products. Provided test cases for each tool’s updates.

Supported TeleTech’s Global Development Center to test call center software and visa point web pages for U.S. Embassies.

Main responsibilities included: Designed and ran application-specific test cases, Reported on advancement of quality during product testing cycles and certified products as ready for production.  Wrote several small tutorials for clients & trained coworkers on products, tools and testing skills.

Technologies used: SQL, HTML, APIs, and Data Driven tests with Selenium.
