Responsible for creating new system solutions to automate and centralize internal processes. The systems created need to be regionally back-up and due to the sensitive information they have a lot of security measures and also guarantee 24/7 availability for applications. Also responsible for designing and developing multiple micro-services in charge of uploading multiple Taxes Form documents into the EDGAR website. The application is able to properly handle EDGAR downtimes, holidays and also has an upload-retry feature with scheduled uploads.

He was responsible for maintaining and developing new features for a client-facing web application whose main role was to provide a payment processor solution to multiple merchants in the US. He also implemented and designed internal use applications so they can properly manage clients’ data and transactions. He developed multiple micro-services that consisted of providing a payment processor solution to multiple companies in the US so they can charge and keep record tracking of ACH or Credit Card transactions for their customers. He also worked on designing internal services and an application like Merchant Utility so the internal support team could manage and control clients’ access and permissions to the Gateway application.

He was responsbile for analyzing and executing different tasks like change requests, fixes and improvements in all kinds of applications (web, desktop, services, database), therefore he also had to work side by side with business people and different stakeholders from different projects to provide them with different solutions to satisfy their needs or requirements.

The company STR was acquired by another company named CoSTAR; therefore, he designed and implemented a wide variety of micro-services and processes to maintain consistent data across the two environments. He created services to detect changes from one of the systems and replicate those changes to the other ones following quite complex business rules and security practices. This project also involved modifying and adapting many of the current already existing systems to support the new structure.

He was responsible for designing and developing an entirely new eco-system that involved the creation of two new websites: one for the clients and one for internal use. He followed good practices and enforced test strategies; built a minimal viable product that would automate many processes and tasks related to selling and managing clients’ annuities. He designed and implemented a lot of micro-services using cutting-edge technologies with the purpose of automating the process of managing annuities from the clients. The goal was to decrease the need for insurance sellers since the project could automate most of the processes. The project involved legal documents generations, automated processes to run integration checks of the data  and connecting a wide variety of third-party services to handle clients’ funds, transactions and to verify the client’s identity and credit record.
