Developing and deploying BI projects using the Microsoft Power Platform, mainly Power BI with small and medium-sized enterprises.

• He started his practice 5 years previously in Business Intelligence (BI) building data models, reports, and dashboards to help companies from several industries to get insights from data to help them make decisions to achieve their goals. The information may come from different commercial or proprietary ERPs sources. Utilizes communication to the key stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, KPIs, available information, and expected outcome in order to deploy the BI project with the reports and visualizations that will help them get answers to their problems, and therefore help the organization to take actions based on data. He promotes data literacy and data governance in the organizations.
• Also developed mobile apps with the Microsoft Power Platform to automate business processes.
• Worked in Business Process Risk Assessment and process improvement.

• Responsible to report financial statements to the headquarters and the operation leadership in Mexico.
• Led the implementation of a Payroll System for 900 workers.

Prepared the business plan, actuals and forecast financial information – including variance analysis, based on BOMs, headcount, takt time, efficiency, absorption, etc. quotations and capital expenses evaluation.

Plant Controller and worked in the Controlling department.  Acted as a Financial Advisor and Business Associate in the Automotive Industry. This provided me with the tools and expertise to help the business grow to focus on the stakeholders’ return on investment and overall business profitability, with critical attention to detail in the cost structure.
