Elie is a Product Manager and Product Owner with a background and experience in engineering, business development, and technology.  He completed an intensive graduation course on exponential technologies at Singularity University in Silicon Valley. He started his own company, Me Achei, a career guidance platform for high school students.  Being a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) since 2015, he managed the remote decentralized team of developers, designers, and marketers in a culture based upon Agile principles (Scrum and Kanban).  To sharpen his product skills, he also became a full-stack web developer using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.

  • Acted as a Product Manager in all stages of web software development, from conception to launch (product vision, roadmap, wireframes, UX, backlog grooming, QA/testing, etc.).
  • Managed the remote decentralized development team of up to 20 people including developers, designers and marketers, that used Ruby on Rails as the main framework, creating a culture based upon Agile principles (Scrum and Kanban), focused on high collaboration, TDD, CI/CD, QA/testing, limited WIP and fast delivery.
  • Conducted User Research to help create the product roadmap through +30 face-to-face depth interviews and +200 online surveys then managed the product roadmap, backlog, features and user stories.
  • Analyzed customer behaviour data through Mixpanel and Google Analytics and managed main marketing KPIs: Activation rate, DAU, LTV, CAC, Churn rate.
  • Participated in daily meetings with development team to evaluate tasks current status and next steps.
  • Supervised PR, merge and deployment to staging via slack + github integration.
  • Reviewed and manually tested new features in staging before approving deployment to production.
