Coaching the new scrum master and implementing agile methodology across the organization.  He helps teams reduce risk and reports on the health of dev teams.  Leading the adoption of Essential SAFe incorporating PI planning and IP Iteration concepts into the Scrum Framework to increase the alignment of business teams and technical teams.

• Helped Lead initial transition from hours to relative estimation using Fibonacci sequence and coached the team on scrum poker to engage the team in collaborative user story estimation.
• Coached the team on the importance of writing user stories alongside product owner for better understanding and transparency between business needs and technical limitations.

• Created custom JQL searches for the purpose of team analytics and reporting.
• Developed reports to track Throughput, Velocity, Commit Hit Percentage, Time in status, Commit Hit Dispersion and Created vs Resolved Bugs.

Led agile ceremonies, coached team on best practices, and acted as technical liaison between dev and business. Facilitated Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives. This mitigated the need for excess meetings and enabled the team to regularly inspect and adapt our work.

• Lead Agile Estimation Sessions with teams using a Fibonacci Sequenced Scale.
• Collaborated with Product Owner and scrum team during backlog refinement sessions to ensure PBIs are prioritized based on business value and estimated based on amount of the work, complexity, risk and uncertainty of the work needed to get done.
• Assisted IT Department with hardware deployment, management, tech support tickets, and network troubleshooting as needed
• Configuration and creation of AWS Elastic Cloud (EC2) Instances & AWS Identity Access Management (IAM) as needed.
• AWS S3 Bucket creation as needed
• Configuration of Load Balancer and Auto-Scaling Groups (ASG) as needed.

Led Agile ceremonies, and taught the organization about Scrum.  He developed training and reports on team metrics.  Utilized Metrics such as Burndown Charts, Velocity, and Committed vs Completed to see team’s performance.  Worked closely with marketing to help manage and track initiatives and campaigns using agile delivery
