As a senior project manager, he was responsible for guaranteeing the deliveries of two teams based in the USA, providing clear communication for the team and fo the stakeholders, and nurturing a healthy environment within the team and the organization. Mentoring career development of team developers, product managers, and other project managers. He was able to help many professionals to prioritize areas of growth, and with this better performance, they got better positions and new challenges.
