As a senior project manager, he was responsible for guaranteeing the deliveries of two teams based in the USA, providing clear communication for the team and fo the stakeholders, and nurturing a healthy environment within the team and the organization. Mentoring career development of team developers, product managers, and other project managers. He was able to help many professionals to prioritize areas of growth, and with this better performance, they got better positions and new challenges. Especially with the US teams, he had to work on all Kanban concepts, from task visualization, through policy establishment, to the use of metrics and the culture of continuous improvement. They managed to work on risk management continuously, during the daily meetings, retrospectives, and also asynchronously, when the team itself raises possible problems.

At CESAR, in the beginning, he worked exclusively as QA, being responsible for defining test strategy and planning test executions. He also participated in the execution, making test reports of the products developed by the teams. He has worked together with developers, designers, project managers, and PO, aiming for greater team collaboration and consequently delivering higher quality and value. Still, in the first year of the company, he accumulated the role of Scrum Master in one of the projects that he had the opportunity to participate in, together with Motorola. Over time, he gradually dedicated himself to the role of Scrum Master of some projects, being responsible for running agile best practices (with a focus on Scrum) in different teams and projects. He played also the role of SW Platform Integration Engineer, being responsible for the analysis, prioritization, and tracking of reported defects and the analysis of product stability.

Working as Field Acceptance Test Engineer with Sony Mobile company, He was responsible for the execution of field tests with the Sony devices in the operators’ networks (Vivo / Claro / Tim / Oi) and with the preparation of documentation required by operators, such as technical specifications of the terminals, testing reports, and bug tracking reports.
