Project: Darena’s teams are working on a proof of concept to develop a cloud-based Business Intelligence Solution to balance the workflow on multiple projects at a time. This is being done in order to keep the schedule following and to meet agreed-upon timetables making contract deadlines. She is working with developers, as well as multiple product owners, acting as the Scrum Master for two (2) co-located sprint teams. This includes resolving impediments, conducting standups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and creating tracking plans such as burndown charts and burnup charts. Performing gap analysis to compare all elements of the existing “as is” with desired “to be” processes. She is utilizing use case, workflow, activity and sequence diagrams to define functional requirements for the development team. She is participating proactively in developing and maintaining teams engineering best practices such as pair programming, code reviews, test automation, test-driven development, refactoring, continuous integration/continuous deployment. She is providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example. She is preventing distractions by identifying and removing impediments. Darena is motivating the team to work towards continuous improvement and to deliver shippable products that provide business value in every sprint. She is escalating issues to management and seeking timely resolution. She has prepared project progress reports and status reports, budget forecasts, and actuals that are tracked and updated to Finance. She is weekly meeting with the Workstream Lead and Integration Management office to discuss project status. She updates project plans and tracks project updates using the Clarity PPM tool. She conducted meetings with Infrastructure and Data retention team to determine FileNet Access required for customers.

▪ Project: Health Trust Integration: The mission of the integration was to convert 16 million documents and images into Adit Financial image format and complete the conversion to go live on customer day. The project converted Legacy content Management system images from Alchemy and Synergy into a format ingestible to FileNet.

▪ Created information and data matrices and reports to help the enterprise understand where we are at, where we are going, and opportunities/tradeoffs for project selection and prioritization.
