• Hired 10 people in less than 3 months, mentored and put an engineering career ladder in place promoting engineers to the next level
• Collaborated with the C-suite shaping on budget and the framework to measure the business impact of the engineering team
• Created an infrastructure monitoring dashboard using Elastic Search, Kibana, and Zabbix to give service desk and infrastructure teams real-time visibility into product and environment. Received highly positive feedback from the COO and CFO.

Built a team roadmap outlining a multi-year vision of deliverables aligned with organizational goals, and hired and ramped up a multidisciplinary and distributed team of 24 people for a platform that connects consumers to home gas cylinder resellers, founded in the Netherlands.

• Moved the cloud infrastructure from the Netherlands to Brazil, adopted a multidisciplinary approach to knowledge management, and renegotiated contracts with Azure which reduced costs by 15%
• Worked closely with Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to measure and align operational goals with feature and product goals, leading organization-wide discussions around operational issues and performance improvements
• Increased success rate by 4pp, by troubleshooting and fixing bugs on both consumer’s and driver’s app Reduced chargeback rate by 71% through a new product strategy and creating new business partnerships Raised in-app payment conversion rate by 6pp by improving the anti-fraud solution in place

Managed a tech team of 70+, ensuring an end to end deliveries within the Investment Solutions team, such as key app features for a company with +3k employees that offers project acceleration solutions for IT environments.  Acted to support the customer, carried out a mindset/culture change by facilitating discussions about new ways of working and new technologies, counseling, and empowering stakeholders, from developers to directors of various verticals.
