Conrad managed a team within BTG Pactual Bank working on the integration with the Calypso trade platform, which is similar to the Markit trading capture platform.
Responsible to design the Integration Architecture. He also took care of the Cloud Architecture and IT Architecture with the IT Team of Valia. During this time he took care of API Management, security in communications, authentication and authorization, batch systems, and hybrid data centers in the cloud and on-premise, migrating the old ERP to a modern one, as well as the CRM.
He managed the company’s software integrations. This complex architecture spanned an extensive portfolio of products and systems. He also improved automatization, implemented chat boot within products, utilized machine learning techniques, and used Hadoop products along with adding elastic search to their BI reports.
Responsible for designing the architecture of 160 integrations of the Gicof Project. He used Openshift PAAS, Red Hat JBoss Fuse 6.3 as the Enterprise Service Bus. He built integrations with Spring Boot and Apache Camel on a wide variety of systems for their clients.
He was accountable and responsible for the creation and documentation of the application architecture of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Brazil called Rio2016.
These activities included management of the vendors to complete the projects focused on: web, cloud, integration of systems and databases, mobile, telecom, network, and infrastructure. The Zachman framework was utilized.
This project involved thousands of stakeholders around the world, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors to deliver the systems and improve the infrastructure of the cities so there was excellent quality in the global broadcasting for a successful Paralympic Games.
