As a Software Engineer, I am the head of the IT team and my responsibilities are:

• Organize the company’s roadmap aligning all products such as native application, back office, web page, and CRM.
• Delineate and create all tasks based on the design using Adobe XD and Figma to give the best result possible and to make users feel comfortable while using the end products.
• Define and develop the architecture of the app, the app statement management, third-party libraries, the integration of the API, and how components communicate with each other and backend.
• Coordinate all third-party services from different companies to build La Wawa’s architecture.
• Organize the product backlog with the team for planning the development of epics and tasks.

As a Software Engineer, he is part of the mobile app development team and they are in charge of delivering a multi-platform app through React Native framework.

• Create custom components based on the needs and best practices of user experience using React Native framework.
• Define and apply analytics events that are triggered through the app.

Product Owner:

• Research for user behaviors and best practices on user experience to develop ideas for the product with the designer and technology team.
• Ensure that the teams are improving in their adherence to established organizational goals on an ongoing basis. − Promote a self-management, collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment that cultivates creativity and innovation.

Part of the mobile app development team using React Native framework to provide a multi-platform application.

• Delineate and create custom components based on the design using Adobe XD to give the best result possible and to make users feel comfortable while using the app.

• Implement MS App Center to distribute multi-platform versions easily using automated deployments so the team saves time creating new updates which results in faster iterations and faster feedback from the users to improve the customer experience.

As a Software Engineer, I worked on several mobile apps using React Native for creating apps on iOS and Android implementing native and third-party libraries such as Redux, React-Navigation, Moment, Material UI, and integrating them with the API.

• Defined strategies for implementing multi-language applications using cloud dictionaries and third-party libraries to ensure a better user experience for users in different countries as we saved time and resources with the users’ requests to the API for fetching data
• Defined and create new custom components and logic that render and trigger special functionalities within the mobile applications.
• Integrated mobile apps and web apps with the API distributing the best results to the use cases predefined by our clients.
• Managed weekly priorities with the team reviewing the backlog of products and delivering builds constantly for testing.
• SCRUM Daily meetings for updating and planning sprints.

The Genie Group is a startup based in Los Angeles focused on delivering facial beauty consults to injectors and specialized doctors through an iOS mobile app. He worked as the app tech leader focusing on user experience and bringing the best results.
