Bruno is a Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of professional experience managing scrum teams. He was a software developer for eight years, but when he became head of the division at his current company, he fell in love with managing projects and people. He has been managing projects since 2007, first in the Waterfall approach, then shifting to Scrum. He has been a full-time Scrum Master since 2012. He enjoys leading his teams with the Scrum framework and coaching teams who wanted to stop working with Waterfall and start working with Agile (Scrum).

He performed the migration in stages with several quarterly deliveries, validated by the American Red Cross and One Blood. Maranhão State Budget Control System – Project developed in ASP, Visual Basic, and database SQL Server. He was the requirements analyst and was responsible for software requirements and test activities. The software allowed for the multi-year planning of the State’s actions, the cost estimate needed to implement the activities, and the deadline for their execution. The legislative assembly voted on the budget and approved it by the State Governor.
Portal of the Department for Combating Poverty and Hunger of the State of Bahia – Project developed in ASP, Visual Basic, and database SQL Server. He was the leader system analyst and was responsible for contract negotiation, requirements, and test activities of software. The portal contained information on municipalities in a state with a lower budget and more inhabitants in a state of disaster. It helped raise information for the Bahia State Hunger Map, which was then sent to the Ministry of Cities of the Government of Brazil.
Management System of State Schools of the Government of Bahia – Project developed in ASP, Visual Basic, and Oracle database. He was the Requirements Analyst and was responsible for developing and maintaining the database’s objects (procedures, functions, and triggers). The software allowed schools to control the classes offered, the number of places available to students, teachers’ staff, and the need to hire new teachers and staff.
Petrobras Occurrence Journal System
Project developed in ASP and database Oracle. He was responsible for development and requirements. The system allowed Petrobras’ Property Security Sector to control the entry and exit of people and materials. Any abnormality was registered in the design, which was also responsible for maintaining the frequency of employees in the company’s security sector.
Braskem Ombudsman
Project developed in ASP and database SQL Server. He was responsible for development and requirements. The system allowed a client or company employee to make complaints or suggestions directly to Braskem’s ombudsman department. Complaints and suggestions were cataloged and guided the company in preparing internal policies for environmental improvement and in the relationship with customers.
