Managing SharePoint, responding to OAA ticket requests, analyzing and implementing improvements to the SharePoint site using live data feeds, and integrating of external capabilities.  Identifying and resolving any SharePoint-specific troubleshooting and technical issues discovered by end users.

• Actively participating in the business development lifecycle by identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and supporting business development managers leveraging the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Forms, Power Bi, Outlook)

Provided expertise in standardizing Knowledge Management/Information Management functions. This included implementing taxonomy, metadata, metadata strategy, standards, data governance, security classification guidance and executing retention policies (archival and deletion). Benjamin establish common taxonomy for file naming conventions, file structures and metadata tagging for all supported units. He also captured best practices and shared them within the enterprise.

• Utilized information sharing portals to have information readily accessible to personnel. This task required the appropriate Access to Microsoft SharePoint portals, SharePoint list management, and Microsoft office suite applications.
• Performed SharePoint (2013 and 2016) Web Development on Unclassified and Classified.
• Developed portal site design, implementation, and management.
• Built out-of-the-box forms, Power Automate workflows, websites, web parts, and surveys as requested on NIPR and SIPR as part of list data integration.
• Developed and designed informal training/instruction on how to utilize developed portal solutions to the command’s user community.

SharePoint (2010 and 2013) Webmaster and Knowledge Manager coordinated activities to ensure continued compliance with Command policies and procedures, this included SharePoint web redesign and portal content management. Utilized multiple information-sharing portals to have information readily accessible to personnel. This task requires the appropriate access to Microsoft SharePoint portals, SharePoint list management, and Microsoft office suite applications.

• Created sites for each training branch improving lesson organization.
• Managed and maintained the Aviation Technical Training Center’s portal page.
