Currently a Data Analytics Manager brought on to own the Tableau Environment for the Global Demand Planning team. Focused on enhancing the product offerings and user adoption.

  • Provide business intelligence consultation and development utilizing the Tableau Suite of products. (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server). The primary initiative is to analyze usage, deprecate unused content, build and improve content based on end user requirements.

Tableau Consultant / Programmer Analyst IV

Work Experience : 2018 - 2021 (JavaScript, Tableau, APIs, Python, React, NodeJS, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Built an analytical portal. This project called for 20+ Tableau Dashboard, a basic Web Site utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tableau APIs. Lead the technical design, control, and was the owner. The project was a success accumulating 400 active users.

He was pulled over to the Salesforce team 2 yrs in to own the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation. He gained valuable experience pulling from the CRM, understanding mass communication, dabbling with APIs through python, interacting with AWS products and processes, and using innovation sprints to push their analytical products forward.

Ben was part of the Tableau Server Team. This team is the hub for anything Tableau. He helped take the product from around 20 departments using Tableau Server, to over 200+ within 2 years. A large part of my day to day was strategic implementation, user adoption and onboarding, training, provisioning, troubleshooting and dashboard development.

He also co-led a Tableau Community of Practice with an average of 20 participants every month to improve the “Tableau knowledge” across the entire Federal Reserve System.
