Arnulfo

Arnulfo played an important role as a senior full-stack developer and our team has been invited to many companies and developed and launched many big projects into public. Worked on CMx (Contract Management Experience), the main product of Sysintellects providing a simple, reliable, legally compliant Centralized Contract Management Repository. The main technology stack was React and Java Spring. He was responsible for creating the UI and REST API endpoints. During his time, Arnulfo introduced JHipster and elastic search, along with creating OAuth 2.0 SDP in Java. He also managed the Scrum team and mentored junior and intern developers enabling them to achieve professional growth and personal goals.

• Worked on the Solesavy website and mobile app. Solesavy is a fast-growing sneaker community in Canada. He was responsible for creating pixel-perfect UI/UX using Next.js.
• Utilized TypeScript and Tailwind CSS along with Docker, Jenkins, Jest, Sanity, Sentry, Husky, and AWS. Arnulfo was responsible for publishing the Mobile app to stores using Expo (React Native). About 14 million has been raised for development.
• Worked on ChiPlusGo, an online payment platform that provides contactless payment methods to all of the residents in the Chicago area. The product was built on React.js and Firebase. The ChiPlusGo products created included multiple signup portals, a scanning feature for payment to save time, reward points that can be used for purchases at merchants, coupons for favorite restaurants, an all-in-one digital wallet for higher payment security and convenience, and instant transactions from bank to ChiPlusGo wallet.

Delivered responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessibility-compliant websites, achieving 19%faster load time than the industry average.  Produced stunning visual elements of web applications by translating UI/UX design wireframes into code while producing high-quality, reusable markup using HTML5 and CSS3.

Developed real estate valuation, analytics, and platform technology solutions as part of a 5-person team. Designed and developed Zestimate, which manages a volume of 600k+ valuations per month.

• Reduced average valuation review time by 46%, and saved service providers an average of 84% due to click-fee reductions.
• Rebuilt a 4-year-old SaaS application in Laravel with full user experience redesign to release a beta MVP in 8 months.
• Integrated an automated property valuation model fed by machine learning Python data.
• Created non-technical descriptions of operations and workflow to enable the non-coding team to function with minimal interruption.
