Provided ERP/C# development using Intact ERP Framework, SQL Server T-SQL development, best practices configuration and performance tuning. Achievements included co-developed Harmoniq – Free Text Search using Intact/Micronet Framework and SQL Server Full Text Search feature. This allowed service desk users a broader scope to search tickets and related CRM activities/documents. Co-developed Harmoniq – Avaya phone integration using Intact/Micronet Framework and Avaya API. This is still in progress and will eventually replaced the traditional phone system. Provided SQL Server best practices configuration to hosted, on premise and office SQL Servers. This resulted in eliminating SQL Server deadlocks and “freeze” hosted servers. Fixed most Harmoniq and SQL Server performance issues related to long running or expensive queries. This was applied to all 400+ user databases in hosted. This was also deployed to office applications and on premise customers. Attended training on using Intact ERP Framework – C# Design Patterns and MVP methodology.

Provided technical and functional implementation, administration, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premise, SQL Server T-SQL development, Linked Server integration, backup and recovery, best practices configuration, performance tuning, and SQL Job, integration to Dynamics 365 Business Central for applications such as SYSPRO, SolidWorks, Custom Tools and Commonwealth Bank API services, and was Project Head for sub-contractors domestic and overseas.

Provided C/AL Classic Client development, technical and functional support, configuration, administration and performance tuning for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 and Navision Application Server (NAS), T-SQL development, Linked Server integration, backup and recovery, best practices configuration, performance tuning, SQL Job , SQL Integration development and automation, SQL Reporting development and administration and SQL Analysis Cube development and administration, Integration processes and SQL administration for Firebird application (HearAid), and Integration processes and SQL administration for FileMaker application (HearForm).
