Anton is an enthusiastic, highly motivated, cannot-sleep-because-he-needs-to-fix-this-bug, software engineer who has over 9 years of experience in software development of web-based enterprise applications using various JS libraries, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP web services, and ORACLE Databases. He is predominantly a self-starter and a proactive worker, a team player who works well in both one-on-one and group settings. He is not afraid of new technologies, because he believes that we learn a lot outside our comfort zone.
Anton is also Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
• Took the lead in design and development of NIH-eRA applications and major enhancements from initial kick off to production deployment. Provided technical support to production issues for those applications. • Designed and implemented SOAP Webservices and REST APIs which are consumed by other agencies or other ICs within NIH, and vice versa. • Designed and implemented various back-end persistence stores and functionalities such as Tables, Triggers, Message Buses, Listeners and Queues. • Migrated various applications from Struts 1.3x to Spring MVC with Bootstrap 4 to Angular FW at the client side, and from Oracle stored procedures into Java 8 with Spring JDBC or Hibernate at the server side. • Implemented web application security coding practices from mitigating XSS attacks to upgrading components with known vulnerabilities to broken authentications. • Helped migrate teams from Waterfall to Agile Scrum as a Scrum Master during initial. • Mentored junior developers and mid-level developers.
