Assists in the understanding and designing of a new platform pricing solution to replace the old legacy system. The new interface helped reduce human error in registering new prices to almost zero, against an average of R$5 million in losses due to wrong-updated prices in previous years.
The new design and workflow have a much more intuitive interface, decreasing the learning curve a lot for new employees.

• Identifies all stakeholders for the parent company that owns 3 huge household brands in the Brazilian market and has 45k employees.
• Leads workshops to help the product area have a clear direction regarding the strategy and solution. Made it possible to build the main objective and KPIs.
• Maps the whole project journey with all pain points and missing parts.
• Designs and validates the perfect “to be” flow.
• Builds the wireframing and prototype of the main home and the prioritized discount module.

Delivered from scratch a full Android application for UNFPA in partnership with the Brazilian Innovation Institute. The app supports public agents in creating more efficient public policies using behavioral science. The solution has an NPS score of 80 with target personas.

• Discovery: The first step was to establish weekly meetings with the ENAP Management Committee, understand how the workshop worked, and carry out some group dynamics (using MIRO); built a research study, including research goals, recruiting criteria, and question scripts.
• Design: Created some paper sketches, based on previous interviews, and built a low-fidelity prototype to present the main idea for the app’s features. Then built the complete app working flow and validated the features with some strategic users. Ultimately noted the modifications and built a complete app wireframe.
• Develop: Developed the high-fidelity prototype using Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with the wireframe having been validated in the previous phase. Worked on the visual elements and storytelling to make the app very intuitive and fun to use.
• Delivery planning: Built a user story mapping with all backlog items. The developer had 8 sprints to finish the whole application.

Led the discovery and ideation of the most complete legal management platform system for the Brazilian Government. The new solution was responsible for changing the NPS from -75 to 55 and reducing the learning curve for end users by 85%.

• Interpreted the experience of a public notary using SAJ 5 in a courthouse to understand a day in the life of a public servant of a court of justice. Performed as a liaison to receive documents, forward them for analysis, then to the lawyer.
• Conducted workshops to bring the people together to build out-of-the-box solutions. The final product was a mix of many ideas that originated here.
• Evangelizing the company about user experience. Changed the culture of UX.
• Collaborated with the first design system of SAJ. Built a design system process. SAJ 6 has been developed by 15 squads. Created a single source of truth for documentation.

Designed the new home of the Legal SaaS software for lawyers. With the UX / UI improvements, the churn was reduced from 15% to 2.87% for average offices, the NPS increased from 8 to 55, and the customer base grew by 66% in one year.

• Followed the initial briefing about the problem, used Power Bi to put together all sources of user feedback into one place. Categorized and grouped the volumetric analysis by 3 different personas: individual lawyers, small offices and legal departments.
• Sketched the New Home Concept: Drafted home screen concepts that immediately made a difference for the user experience pain points.
• Prototyped the New Home experience: Designed a high-fidelity prototype and validated it.
• Designed and tested the AI task suggestion feature.
