Part of the Account Security which was responsible for developing and maintaining software that ensures the safety of logins, user credentials, and access to sensitive parts of the Bitso ecosystem, including wallets and transactions.

He was primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting software. Whenever a new technical problem needed to be solved, he had to document a solution proposal, discuss this possible solution with his teammates, and then implement and document the technical details of implementation. He also participated in the Squad Platform Backend Stacks project, which was designed to make other backend developers more efficient by abstracting the complex processes that aren’t related to their products.

He was a member of The CX IT Team which was responsible for designing and maintaining software used by CX Consultants in order to solve customer complaints. In order to decrease the Contact Rate, the team automated common processes, such as product replacement (when a user received a defective product) and product return (when a user regreted purchasing the product).

As part of his technical duties, he designed and implemented new software and features, solved incidents, reviewed his teammate’s code, deployed applications, monitored application healthy and metrics, and managed script executions in production databases. Also, he was responsible for being a technical reference, mentoring junior developers, conducting technical interviews, and learning about the product and users constantly.

Ssoftware maintenance and development focused on the commercialization of Itau Bank’s insurance products. As part of his technical duties, he designed and implemented new software and features, solved incidents and reviewed his teammate’s code.

Dock is a company that provides payment-processing solutions to companies that are aiming to become Card Issuers. Yearly Dock is responsible for about 70 million active customers, 7 billion transactions, and 180 billion dollars processed.

It is the responsibility of Squad Credit Card Networks to develop and maintain software that manages the credit card operations for Visa and Mastercard card issuers. A few of the things the team had to make sure were: managing the credit card life cycle from its issuance to its embossing by the cardholders, generating the credit card bill, and providing a user interface that allowed customers to configure their operations, for example, changing fees and taxes.

As part of his technical responsibilities, he designed and implemented software according to PO requirements, acted as a technical reference, managed microservices, coordinated customer onboarding and deployed and monitored applications.
