Alejandro

Alejandro is part of a BI/Data Analytcis team that belongs to a bigger team (Infrastructure Support). In his role, he gets insights from the data to help the differents Supports team to reduce the incident volumes, find patterns on issues and avoid incident impacts. 50% percent of his time he works with Data Analytics creating Tableau and PowerBI Dashboards not only for the Front End but also for the Back end. He also creates SQL Queries and/or Store Procedures to consume data from Tableau from different DBs (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre,etc). He uses alreryx to move data around and in some cases creates APIs to capture data from other sources. The other 50% percent of his time he works with Predictive Analytics, using Machine Learning alghoritms to get insights from the data categorizing frecuent issues and coming errors.

Support of current BI models consuming data from different sources as SAP, SQL, Oracle to build Tableau Reports on top of them. He created new Business Intelligence models by extracting data from SAP with Power Center.

He was responsible for leading, developing, mentoring and auditing the quality control for the Technical Support Team.
